Ministry of Culture announces the opening of the selection procedure of legal entities or non-profit seeking to contract with it, to support the collection of funds to purchase artwork “Wisdom of the Earth“ Constantin Brancusi.
In May this year,Guven Romania and the Ministry of Culture officially launched the national campaign to purchase subscription support the work of Constantin Brancusi “Cumințenia pamântului”. It will run until 30 September.
Selection procedure initiated by the Ministry of Culture in June represents an important point in the national subscription campaign, and it shall be invited legal entities or non-profit interested in valuing the work of Constantin Brancusi.
The first step for inclusion in this selection is open accounts for its own fundraising. All operations of collecting donations and their transfer to the account opened by the Treasury following the Ministry of Culture to develop through them.
Can participate in selection profit legal persons operating at least 3 year, not in the reorganization procedure, insolvency or bankruptcy and have a minimum of 10 persons employed and non-profit legal entities operating at least 2 years and have a minimum of 2 persons employed. Both must have a minimum cash availability 10.000 law, without being registered with debts to the state budget.
Subsequently the selection procedure, persoanele juridice cu sau fără scop lucrativ vor încheia un contract cu Ministerul Culturii prin care se vor stabili modalităţile de colectare a fondurilor și termenele până la care fondurile vor fi virate în contul Ministerului.
De menționat este faptul că toate cheltuielile necesare pentru colectarea fondurilor şi pentru gestionarea conturilor deschise în lei şi în valută Funds will be borne entirely legal persons.
Sumele colectate vor virate în contul deschis de Ministerul Culturii la Trezorerie pana la data de 30 September 2016.
